January 2017 SC Housing Supply Overview

Pending sales were up 5.8 percent overall for the 12-month period spanning February 2016 through January 2017. The price range, $200,001 to $300,000, had the largest gain in sales with an increase of 14.1 percent.

The Median Sales price was $180,900, an increase of 4.6 percent. Inventory levels for January 2017 were down -7.3 percent based on the market wide inventory.
