September 2016 SC Realtors MLS Statistics

In September 2016, the number of residential homes, condos and villas sold increased for the Hilton Head Island area by 5.9 percent when compared to September 2015. The Beaufort area decreased by -12.4 percent from September 2015. The state total for the number of residential homes, condos and villas sold increased by 5.5 percent.

The median price of residential homes, condos and villas sold also increased for the Hilton Head Island area by 2.1 percent, while the Beaufort area increased by 18.8 percent when compared to September 2015. The state total increased by 5.8 percent for the median price of residential homes, condos and villas sold.
