June 2016 Housing Supply Overview

Pending sales were up 6.5 percent overall for the 12-month period spanning July 2015 through June 2016. The price range, $300,001 and above, had the largest gain in sales with an increase of 15.9 percent.

The Median Sales price was $176,000, an increase of 6.0 percent. Inventory levels for June 2016 were down 6.3 percent based on the market wide inventory.
