March 2016 SC Realtors MLS Statistics

In March 2016, the number of residential homes, condos and villas sold for the Beaufort area increased by 21.8% from March 2015. The state total for the number of residential homes, condos and villas sold increased by 3.3%.

The median price of residential homes, condos and villas sold for the Beaufort area decreased by 6.1% when compared to March 2015. The state total again increased by 5.2% for the median price of residential homes, condos and villas sold.
