August 2016 SC Realtors MLS Statistics
In August 2016, the number of residential homes, condos and villas sold increased for the Hilton Head Island area by 1.3 percent when compared to August 2015. The Beaufort area increased by 14.3 percent from August 2015. The state total for the number of residential homes, condos and villas sold decreased by 9.3 percent.
The median price of residential homes, condos and villas sold also increased for the Hilton Head Island area by 6.2 percent, while the Beaufort area increased by 17.5 percent when compared to August 2015. The state total increased by 5.7 percent for the median price of residential homes, condos and villas sold.
