SC Realtors MLS Statistics January 2016

 In January 2016, the number of residential homes, condos and villas sold increased for the Hilton Head area by 23.3% when compared to January 2016. The Beaufort area remained even when compared with January 2016. The state total for the number of residential homes, condos and villas sold increased by 3.7%.

The median price of residential homes, condos and villas sold also increased for the Hilton Head area by 27.4%, and the Beaufort area increased by 10.3% when compared to January 2015. The state total increased by .7% for the median price of residential homes, condos and villas sold.
