FY 2015 South Carolina Housing Annual Report

 In the fiscal year 2015, Beaufort county homes spent an average of 111 days on the market whereas the state's average was 106 days on the market.

For Beaufort county, there was an increase of 3.5% in total closed sales. The state had an increase of 11.7% in total closed sales.
