Beaufort County Labor Profile February-November 2011

For the most recent month of November 2011 the top employer by industry was accomodations and food service with 9357 employees at 445 establishments.  This was followed by retail with 8500 employees at 664 establishments and healthcare & social assistance with 5298 employees at 376 establishments.  The labor profile provides a snapshot of Beaufort County residents while also providing industry sector employment statistics as well as income and revenue figures. Additionally, information included consists of wage data, population and growth projections, and skill set information as well educational attainment data.
