Town of Hilton Head Island development changes between 2002 and 2009

Between the years of 2002 and 2009 there was an increase of 23% in office commercial space as well as a 13% increase in single family units developed on Hilton Head Island.  Additionally, there was an increase in multi-family units of 7%.
